Benjamin Hayden Ellis, 92, retired Boeing Tool and Die Maker and Union Member of Local Lodge 834, passed away on April 20, 2017. He was born on March 5, 1925 in Advance, NC to Stephen Miller and Mary Reba (Smith) Ellis. He served his country during WW II in the U.S. Merchant Marines. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 25 ; Service: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 26, both at Hillside Funeral Home West. Burial: 2 p.m. Kansas Veterans' Cemetery in Winfield, KS.
